The iconic Shanghai International Circuit roars back to life from April 19th to 21st as teams and drivers gear up to battle it out for supremacy in the fifth round of the 2024 season.
Heading into China, Red Bull holds a dominant grip on the drivers' standings, with Max Verstappen leading the charge, followed by his teammate Sergio Perez.
Ferrari maintains a strong showing, with Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz occupying third and fourth respectively, while McLaren continues to impress, with Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri rounding out the top six.
With the championship battle still in its early stages, every point and position gained in Shanghai could prove crucial.

You can expect cloudy skies throughout the Chinese GP weekend with light breezes.
Here's a detailed breakdown of what to expect:
Friday, April 19 - FP1 & Sprint Shootout
Heavy rain showers and a moderate breeze were expected throughout the opening day, with a maximum temperature of 21°C and a minimum of 17°C.
While practice remained dry, the sky opened up the Sprint Shootout, giving us a dramatic wet session.
Saturday, April 20 - Sprint & Qualifying
On Saturday, the track remained dry during the sprint race, and there was no rain in qualifying either. The maximum temperature was 24°C and a minimum of 14°C at night.

Sunday, April 21 - Race
It looks like a partly cloudy day with a gentle breeze for the race. The highest temperature is predicted to be 22°C, with a minimum of 14°C at night.
There's a slight chance of rain (around 10%) during the race, with some drivers already reporting a light drizzle.
